Feeling stir crazy yet? We are! That’s why we’re giving you a list of some great indoor places to go so the kids can get their energy out in this bitter KC weather:

iFly Kansas City: Want to experience the thrill of skydiving? Check out iFly Kansas City in Overland Park. There are some restrictions on who can fly, but they say they can safely take kids as young as 3 years old.

If you’d like the kids to stay a little closer to the ground, check out indoor trampoline parks UrbanAir Overland Park and SkyZone in Shawnee.

Something for everyone: If you have a variety of kids and ages, Paradise Park in Lee’s Summit is a great place to go, with areas for older and younger kids to enjoy. And Crown Center and Union Station/Science City always have tons of fun things going on, plus lots of room to run around!

Skate it Out: Ice skating is another great way to get out that extra energy. And KC has some great indoor and outdoor ice skating rinks. Looking for roller skating, check out Skate City, Winnwood Skate Center, River Roll, B&D Skate Center, Landmark2Skate Center and Northland Rolladium Skate Center.
