TIME Magazine called it “One of the five best theatres for young audiences in the U.S.”–and we call it awesome! The Coterie Theatre is one of our city’s homegrown, local gems. Located on the lower level of the Crown Center Shops (2450 Grand, KCMO), the Coterie has been wowing audiences for 30 years.
Did you know that they don’t just do performances aimed squarely at the elementary-school set? A good example is the upcoming world premiere of Tell-Tale Electric Poe, which runs September 15, 2009 through October 9, 2009. This two-person show overflows with poetry, music, morbid prose and ghosts–perfect for preteens and young adults.
The Coterie Theatre has been generous enough to give us (2) two-packs of tickets to Tell-Tale Electric Poe–and these will go to two lucky readers! The winners will be contacted by a representative of the Coterie so ticketing arrangements can be made.
So, here’s what you need to do to enter the random drawing - (1) submit a comment by clicking the Comments link at the end of this article; (2) the form will require a valid email address which will NOT be made public with your comment; (3) just tell us your name and the city/town in which you live and you’re entered!
