Just a heads up to our preschool and toddler parent-readers! Enrollment for many Kansas City-area preschools and parents’ day out programs will begin later this month and early next month. The demand for some schools is very high – so you’ll want to be prompt.
Blue Valley Parents as Teachers is holding a Preschool, Parents Day Out, and Early Childhood Fair tomorrow night (January 8, 2009) at the Blue Valley Middle School from 6:15pm to 8:00pm. Directors of Johnson County preschools and parents’ day out programs will be there with school and enrollment information. They’ve been doing this for 19 years now and it’s a fantastic and informative event. You won’t want to miss it!

Check out the Johnson County preschool list – many of those listed also offer day out programs. For example, Lenexa United Methodist, Holy Trinity, St. Paul’s Methodist, Shawnee Presbyterian, and Monticello United Methodist all offer both preschool and day out programs.
