North Heartland Early Childhood Learning Center, a part of North Heartland Community Church, is an amazing program! My kids, 4 & 2 LOVE IT! Terri Minnis is the director and she is a very nice woman. If you are moving up north this is the place to go. Rates are fair and the care for your children is incredible. My kids learned so much so fast since attending this school. Look them up on the web and take a tour to see for yourself.
Outreach Early Learning Center in Riverside is awesome! My kids love it there. They have a fantastic pre-k program and the teachers are so kind and caring. They are near QuikTrip and Riverside City Hall.
I work at North Heartland Early Childhood Center(NHECC), a ministry of North Heartland Community Church. I agree with Valerie Kindall very much in saying that it is an excellent program. One thing that seems to bring a lot of new parents is that we actually have curriculum for babies as well.
NHECC is an excellent program for a reasonable price. We just recently started a center-wide chapel program(yes, even babies are included).

I am going to move to the north kansas city area in a couple months and was wondering if northland was a full day childhood center an do they have a learning diability program that is funded by the state. My child is part of a early intervention program and will need a speech therapist and I was wondering if they offer state add and if its reasonable to go there.
North Heartland unfortunately closed earlier this year. We had our son there and loved it.
St Patrick’s preschool is a wonderful program especially for kindergarten preparation. I have 2 kids enrolled there and we are very happy with it. The facility is safe and clean and the teachers really care about the students. Best of all, they are really learning, and not just their letters and numbers! They have science, Spanish and religion too.
